Knights of Columbus:

The Knights of Columbus is a world wide organization of Catholic men, 18 years of age and older, who are committed to making their community a better place, while supporting their Church. Being a Knight is more than camaraderie; it is being involved with your community; it is supporting your local Catholic Church, while enhancing your own faith; it is about protecting and enhancing your family life.  The Order has been called "the strong right arm of the Church," and has been praised by popes, presidents and other world leaders, for support of the Church, programs of evangelization and Catholic education, civic involvement and aid to those in need.

St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church is home to council # 12021 and our council strives to serve our parish, our community, and our faith in the true spirit of Christian service.  Our programs are broken down into five categories, each chaired by one of five directors.  Those five categories are: Youth, Community, Council, Church, and Family.  Some of our youth activities include free-throw and soccer competitions, altar server appreciation events, and the St. Paul School Veterans Day Parade.   Community events include awards presentations at various Special Olympics events, parish blood drives, and visits to the Gardens of Richardson Senior Citizen’s Facility.  Some of our church activities include the leading of the Holy Rosary for the parish after 9:15 Mass during the month of October.  Our family events vary from bingo in the cafeteria to our recent trip to a Frisco RoughRiders game.  Our council events include corporate communions (which we try to hold quarterly), officer installations, and major degree exemplifications.
